By submitting cards to RAWLITY Studio ("RAWLITY," "we," "us") or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
RAWLITY provides raw card condition checking (grading) services for Trading Card Game (TCG) collectibles. Our service includes:
Payment must be made in full via PromptPay before cards are processed. Your submission is confirmed only after payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed submissions after 7 days from the order date.
All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and cover grading only; return shipping is not included. When you withdraw a card from your collection, you may pick it up at a branch for free or have it posted for a separate postage fee. Grading fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced.
We handle all cards with professional care. Your parcel is photographed when it arrives, and every card is scanned and logged during inspection.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused by RAWLITY, our total liability for any single card is limited to the lesser of (a) the declared value you stated for that card at submission, supported by reasonable proof of value, or (b) its fair market value at the time of loss — and in no event shall exceed ฿XXX,XXX per card. Cards submitted with no declared value, or a declared value of zero, are compensated up to the grading fee paid for that card. This compensation is RAWLITY's sole and entire liability; RAWLITY itself does not provide insurance.
Optional insurance is available for return shipping only and is provided by Thailand Post (EMS), not RAWLITY. You choose whether to add it when your cards are shipped back; if selected, coverage and any claim are handled directly between you and Thailand Post under their terms.
RAWLITY is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during customer shipping. Please follow our packaging guidelines provided after payment confirmation.
We do not guarantee a fixed turnaround time. Each submission is processed with care, and we update your order status at every stage so you can track its progress. We also send email updates at key milestones, such as payment confirmation and when your reports are ready.
All content on this website (including logos, text, graphics, and code) is the property of RAWLITY Studio and protected under applicable Thai and international intellectual property laws.
RAWLITY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. If a concern arises, please contact us first — we aim to resolve issues directly and in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
